PROJECT TARGET


  • Mental health and well-being concern us all, especially in the current unprecedented situation, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We all experience additional difficulties, which test our endurance and take a toll on our well-being, our health and the pleasure in our daily lives.
  • The goal of the project is to offer valuable advice, tips, stress management tools and a space for expression and discussion, for all that concerns us. In short, we stay home and come out better, turning this crisis into an opportunity!

8 different series of online seminars, covering 8 different needs today. Find yours, and follow it with its color

Α) Coral Series - Stress management tools

In this series of webinars, you can find tips and tools to effectively manage your thoughts and stressors. Based on short-term treatment models and psychological first-aid guidelines, coral series webinars can help you feel better if you are stressed or anxious.

B) Purple Series - Balance and Communication in Relationships

In purple series webinars, we talk about relationships and their balance; relationships between partners, family members, friends, or people in general. Learn how to move through them, communicate more effectively, help yourself and your partner experience a positive interaction and bond. Find solutions to problems and create a better and healthier balance

C) Teal Series - Domestic Violence/ Manage Crisis and Conflict

Teal Series webinars are aimed at difficult situations, which may be pre-existing, but might have worsened in these times of increased interaction between family members. We deal with situations of increased tension, conflict or even incidents of verbal, physical or psychological abuse. Learn how to manage such situations, de-escalate tensions and seek appropriate support from your environment. In these unprecedented times we are living in, one thing is for sure: you are not alone!

D) Orange Series- Frontliners support and special issues

Are you working on the front line against the pandemic? Are you a nurse, supermarket employee, doctor, police officer? Then the orange series of webinars is made for you! Faced with special challenges, daily insecurities and fears for your health, as well as the health of all those around you, you who help the rest of us stay home safely, are entitled to a series of online seminars to help you better cope with your increased challenges.

E) Yellow Series - Caregivers Support

Caregivers who provide assistance to the elderly, children with special needs, and other disabled people work under constantly stressful conditions. In this extraordinary situation we are experiencing, the pressure of caregiving is increasing. Additionally, new challenges are being added, which we may not have imagined before. The yellow series of webinars deals with all these issues and needs, helping caregivers better manage the demands of these times

F) MarineSeries - Depression and inactivity

Sometimes, important problems we face begin to work biologically, reducing our energy, wellbeing, and motivation. If you indulge in this state, it can last for a long time, taking you downhill. We have good news for you! In the Marine series webinars, you can find tips, tools and solutions, to take control of your mood and regain your lost energy.

G) Pink Series -New challenges and adjustments due to Covid-19

A Covid-19 pandemic was certainly not something many of us had imagined, much less prepared for. A lot of things changed in such a short period of time that we did not have the opportunity to prepare. In the Pink series webinars, we discover new perspectives and solutions to brand new challenges and changes, such as financial insecurity and working from home
