CURRENT NEEDS

  • Please contact us if you have any knowledge of (a) the functioning of non-invasive mechanical ventilation equipment, (b) the designing and manufacturing of individual components of the equipment, and (c) the availability of those individual components in the market.
  • Specifically, the Covid-19 Response Greece team is seeking medical staff or/and designers/engineers with relevant knowledge about setting requirements and designing possible solutions.

COORDINATION & CONTACT

DESIGNS AVAILABILITY

  • Designs created by volunteers at COVID-19 Response Greece for this project are made available free of charge, under the terms of Creative Commons (4.0 International License) Attribution-NonCommercial, as is the case with other such voluntary actions worldwide.
  • We invite companies that can manufacture devices or individual components based on our designs to reach out to us, so that we can coordinate their distribution to organizations that need them. The products may be made available for free or at a reasonable price to cover the cost of manufacturing. In the latter case, the manufacturer must first acquire a license , in order to prevent profiteering. Feel free to contact us at contact@covid19response.gr.

DISCLAIMER

  • The designs presented below are emergency solutions to address the shortage of personal protective equipment due to the pandemic. They have not obtained any certification and they probably do not meet the requirements of some medical specialties for high-level protection.
